At JW Electrical Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Special-order products
  • Custom products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Discontinued products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items ​

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide replacement, exchange, or refund options where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs ​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by JW Electrical Supply

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 10–15 business days depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products when inventory is available.

Non-Returnable Items
